By becoming a vendor at our event, you would have access to over 10,000 potential clients both online and offline and a community of plantain lovers where you can easily market your product/service to increase client base and Visibility.

Vendor Guidelines

These guidelines ensure that vendors have a great experience at the festival and prevent foreseen challenges from taking place. Kindly ensure that you read them carefully before applying to sell at our event.

Each vendor will be assigned a canopy, table and 2 chairs. Extra chairs and tables are available for rent

One socket for electrical appliances would be provided for each vendor. You are advised to bring extra extension cables

All vendors must come with proof of identification during vendor accreditation – numbers will be assigned to each vendor

No vendor is allowed to use thier stands to sell anything that could be used for substance abuse

Weapons of any kind are not allowed on the premises

Uncontrollable flames are not allowed e.g firewood

Food vendors are responsible for sourcing their own water to wash. Water available within the premises

No fighting of any kind or violence is allowed, in the event of this, the said vendor would be disqualified from continuing with the fair

All vendors must be set up latest by 11am
